The Position

As our Founding Accounting Partner, you will be the 51% shareholder and certified Director of the new Cypriot legal entity. This position is designed for a professional who desires the responsibility of a licensed accountant without the pressures of traditional ownership and customer acquisition. Your focus will be purely on technical accounting excellence, quality control, regulatory compliance, and accounting team leadership, while all client flow, strategic business consulting, branding, licensing, and corporate strategy are managed by us.

The Role

• Act as the ICPAC-licensed signatory for the firm, providing final review and sign-off on all financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Manage the end-to-end accounting lifecycle for a high-volume client portfolio, using advanced automation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as the firm’s primary liaison with ICPAC, managing all compliance, reporting, and regulatory matters with professionalism.
• Architect and implement robust internal controls, operational procedures, and quality-assurance checklists to guarantee consistency and excellence.
• As we grow, you will lead a small, elite team of tech-savvy accounting professionals, fostering a culture of technical mastery.

Requirements

• Professional Certification: Must be a qualified accountant and a current, practising member of ICPAC.
• Tech-Forward Mindset: Exceptional proficiency with cloud-based accounting software and a genuine passion for automation and new technologies.
• Serve as the firm’s primary liaison with ICPAC, managing all compliance, reporting, and regulatory matters with professionalism.
• A 'Master Technician' Profile: You find deep satisfaction in perfecting systems, ensuring compliance, and achieving operational excellence. You prefer focusing on the craft of accounting and process improvement over business development and sales.
• Experience: Proven experience in an accounting role within a Cypriot firm, managing a portfolio of clients.

General Requirements

• Must be currently based in Cyprus.
• Full professional fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken) is non-negotiable.
• Must be eligible to act as a Director of a Cypriot company.
