To qualify for the Golden Visa, applicants must invest in real estate and meet minimum income and documentation requirements. These include:
Minimum €300,000 in new residential property purchased directly from a developer. Resale properties are not eligible.
At least €50,000 per year from abroad. Additional income required for spouse (€15,000) and dependent children (€10,000 each).
Investment and income must come from outside Cyprus. Bank documentation is required to prove origin.
